Legendary former India cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni was recently spotted clicking photos with the kids of his tennis partner and professional tennis player Sumeet Kumar Bajaj. The 42-year-old usually plays men’s doubles tennis with Sumeet.
Sumeet took to his social media account and shared a video of Dhoni clicking pictures with his two kids, Veera and Honey, which won the internet over. In the video, the former India skipper was heard saying “Isko thoda neeche karlo (Take the chocolate slightly down),” to young kid Honey who had a chocolate in her hand while posing for the photo.
Sharing the video on Instagram Sumeet captioned it, “IT’S ALL ABOUT TODAY. Thank You So Much Mahi Sir.”

Dhoni always won hearts of many with his humble gestures both on and off the field. One such incident happened earlier this month, when he was spotted posing for a photo with a traffic cop outside the Jharkhand State Cricket Association Stadium. The picture later went viral on social media.
Dhoni led CSK to win a fifth IPL title
MS Dhoni captained Chennai Super Kings (CSK) to win in their record-equalling fifth title-win in the 2023 Indian Premier League (IPL) season. The Chennai-based franchise overcame the 2022 champions Gujarat Titans (GT) in the rain-curtailed summit clash at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad in May.
The 42-year-old, who called time on his international career in August 2020, has continued to play in the lucrative T20 League. After winning his fifth IPL trophy with Chennai, he hinted that he will play one more year if his body allows.
Following the conclusion of the IPL, the World Cup-winning captain had undergone knee surgery and is currently recuperating in his hometown Ranchi. Amid his surgery, Dhoni has been spotted regularly in public. He was seen driving a vintage 1973 Pontiac Firebird through the streets of his hometown before bein spotted driving his vintage 1980 blue Rolls Royce.
